mbakd2 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mbakd2" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to mbakd2 and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, operating the website accessible at https://mbakd2.net and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimized versions thereof.
• "Member" / "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the mbakd2 platform and who accesses or uses the Services.
• "Account" — the unique member account opened upon successful completion of registration, through which the Member accesses all mbakd2 Services.
• "Services" — collectively refers to all gaming products, betting markets, promotional features, payment services, customer support services, and any other functionality offered by mbakd2 through the Platform.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" — the virtual balance of real-money funds held within a Member's mbakd2 Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Balance" — any promotional or bonus funds credited to a Member's Account separately from real-money deposits, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age-verification process through which mbakd2 confirms a Member's identity and eligibility before processing the Member's first withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Turnover Condition" — the minimum total wager amount a Member must place before bonus funds (or associated winnings) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Sporting Event" — any real-world sports competition, esports tournament, or other competitive event offered as a betting market on the mbakd2 Sportsbook, including but not limited to BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Mobile Legends MPL, and PUBG Mobile tournaments.

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the mbakd2 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. You must be 21 or older at the time of account registration and must remain eligible for the duration of your membership. mbakd2 enforces a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia and must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement — that is, you are not acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that would restrict your ability to form binding contracts.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active mbakd2 Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.5 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an mbakd2 Account: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of mbakd2 or any of its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming platform; (d) individuals who have been permanently banned by mbakd2 for any breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the real-money Services offered by mbakd2, you must complete the registration process available at the mbakd2 Login page. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Required Information. Registration requires, at minimum, the following: a valid email address; a chosen username; a secure password; your full legal name; your date of birth; your Indonesian city of residence; and your preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify mbakd2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. mbakd2 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, mbakd2 will require you to complete our KYC verification process. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP — Indonesian national identity card) and, in some cases, proof of address and proof of payment method. KYC verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. mbakd2 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to the applicable daily transaction caps of your chosen payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your mbakd2 Wallet within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly in most cases. mbakd2 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests from fully verified (KYC-complete) Accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or scheduled system maintenance. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent deposit, unless written approval from our compliance team has been obtained. mbakd2 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal to a new payment destination.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. mbakd2 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant Accounts with a positive real-money balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the Member's registered email address. The Account balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, mbakd2 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by incorporation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum 5x wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. This means that if you receive a bonus of Rp 100.000, you must place total wagers of at least Rp 500.000 before those bonus funds (and any winnings derived therefrom) can be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry higher turnover conditions, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of the offer.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated free bets or free spins will expire 7 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Member's Bonus Balance without notice.

5.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Claiming a promotion through multiple Accounts, using multiple devices or IP addresses, or through any other method to circumvent this restriction constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. mbakd2 regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with significant Indonesian occasions, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). The specific terms, qualifying dates, and wagering requirements for each seasonal campaign will be published on the promotions page at least 48 hours before the campaign begins.

5.6 mbakd2 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. mbakd2 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, where we have reasonable cause to do so — including but not limited to circumstances of technical error, evidence of promotion abuse, or regulatory requirement. Members who have already validly claimed a promotion prior to its withdrawal will not be retroactively disadvantaged.

6.1 Sportsbook Bets. All sports bets placed on the mbakd2 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for Sportsbook matters.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed on-screen and a bet reference number is issued. mbakd2 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error ("palpable error"). In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the Member's Wallet.

6.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets — including full in-play coverage of BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and selected esports events — are subject to real-time odds movement. mbakd2 may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets confirmed before a market suspension are honored at the confirmed odds.

6.4 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of 3 selections. All selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections are voided, the parlay is recalculated without those selections. Specific mix parlay terms, including minimum odds per selection, are published in the Sportsbook Rules.

6.5 Casino & Slots Games. All casino and slot games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the game information screen within the mbakd2 Casino and Slots lobbies. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and subject to real-time fluctuation.

6.6 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results published on the mbakd2 Platform are sourced from officially recognized reference pools. Draw schedules, available market types (2D, 3D, 4D), minimum bet amounts, and payout tables are published on the Togel product page.

The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. mbakd2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balance associated with that Account pending investigation:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting any other person to open an Account in contravention of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or financial instruments without their express knowledge and consent.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse with other Members or third parties.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, AI-assisted tool, or automation script to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, errors, or exploits in the Platform's software, odds engine, or payment systems. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are subject to cancellation.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime under Indonesian or international law.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymization service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming mbakd2 staff, support agents, or other members through any communication channel.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the mbakd2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of mbakd2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Permitted Use. mbakd2 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

8.3 Game Content. Games available on the Platform are provided under license from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Those studios retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game content. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited.

8.4 Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide to mbakd2 regarding the Platform may be used by mbakd2 without restriction and without any obligation of compensation to you.

9.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, use, and sharing of your personal data by mbakd2 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Data Use. mbakd2 processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. 9.3 Communications. 10.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbakd2's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mbakd2 Account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Excluded Losses. mbakd2 shall not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages; arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if mbakd2 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.4 Third-Party Services. mbakd2 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party payment provider, game studio, or data feed supplier. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be directed to those providers directly.

10.5 Force Majeure. mbakd2 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond mbakd2's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action, power failures, or internet outages.

11.1 Commitment. mbakd2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment enjoyed by adults in a controlled, informed manner — not a source of financial distress or personal harm.

11.2 Available Tools. Every mbakd2 Account provides access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you of your cumulative session duration at intervals of your choice.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

12.2 Notice of Material Changes. Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights as a Member, mbakd2 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address before the change takes effect. For minor clarifications or amendments that do not materially affect your rights, no advance notice is required.

12.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the mbakd2 Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 3.5.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbakd2 holds its international gaming license. mbakd2 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform. References to Indonesian law in these Terms relate solely to eligibility and residency requirements applicable to Indonesian players.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and mbakd2, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. 13.3 Formal Dispute Process. 13.4 Limitation Period. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or these Terms must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the claim arose. Claims not brought within this period are permanently time-barred.

13.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

13.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and mbakd2 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
